Some New Layouts

So, with a sick kid at home I have had a chance to get some much needed scrapping done! Here are a few of my end results! Yes, they are with paper, not digital! Although the pictures have spent a little time on my Photoshop work space. It's fun to play with pictures then scrap them. It's kinda like the best of both worlds (digi & paper).

Soccer Season Is Here!

So, I haven't been blogging much lately and here is half the reason why:

The other half the reason for my lack of blogging is Lexi playing volleyball. Yep, you heard it, we are a two sport family right now & it's tough. I'll get some pictures of Lex up soon!

1st Days of School!

Wow I feel old! One in 3rd grade & one in 8th. But no matter how old they make me feel sometimes, I think I have the best kids in the world! Here's to the best school year ever!

Wahkeena Falls Hike

The kids and I headed up the Gorge on Monday for a hike. We took the Wahkeena Falls loop which brought us around to the top of Multnomah Falls. It was so beautiful, and a great workout. 5.2 miles with the first half pretty steep, but totally worth it!

Another Blog?

Really? Yep, really. I started another blog. It's all about digital scrapping and my learning process. I have played around with it a little but nothing formal. So I am taking about 6 months to really learn how to digital scrapbook and sharing everything I learn. So, click here and go check out my new adventure!

A Great Day For A Picnic

Mom & I took the kids out yesterday for a picnic. We found Eagle Fern Park and had a great picnic right along the creek. The kids played in the water a little and had a blast throwing rocks. The weather was perfect for an adventure like this!

Trillium Lake Camping Pictures

We just got back from a camping trip with my parents & nephew. The weather was great. We swam, played in the raft, went fishing, went on a ski lift up Mt. Hood, and many other things! The kids did ok together & we created some great memories! Thanks Mom & Dad! We love you!
