Lexi decided to make her friends candy for Valentine's Day this year. It turned out beautiful, and yummy! Here she is making candy & watching the Super Bowl (multi-tasking! Way to go!).

This is some kind of bush thingy in our backyard. Right now it's looking kinda sad but this summer it will be bushy & full with flowers all over it. Right now it kinda looks like a Y.

Lexi was chosen to play with an honor band. She had so much fun with this group of dedicated musicians & the concert was VERY good! It's so fun to hear the growth in her music as she gets older. Today was much different than those concerts we sat through when she was in 6th grade;)

The night before Valentine's Day I strung different color string all over the house leading each kiddo to their Valentine's Day gift! G thought I was crazy but the kids were really excited about it. It was much more fun than just opening a card with an I-Tunes gift card inside. Now Spencer wants me to do this every time he gets a gift.

A day off school & we went and had a great lunch with my parents. The kids just love my parent's backyard & lucky us, it didn't rain!
